How to Transfer the test
It is possible for candidates to transfer their test online 37 days before the written test provided that the tests available on the schedule are vacant.
Cost of transferring
Candidates are required to pay 6980000 Rials online to have their test transferred . This procedure is followed in order to transfer either the test date or the test module.
If a candidate is to change the type of the test (IELTS, UKVI or Life skills), he/she is required to pay the price difference in addition to the transferring cost.
How to refund the test
It is possible for candidates to ask for a refund their test online 37 days before the written test. They are required to remove the registered exam on the website, add their Sheba number in the blank box. The institute will then deduct the cost mentioned above and will refund the money within 30 days before the written test. .
Medical exemption
Candidates MUST send their medical certificates including prescription, examination reports, imaging results, surgery and hospitalization certificates after 24 hours from the written test. Candidates are required to pay amount of 200000 Rials to have their medical certificates examined by the institute. After the confirmation of the medical certificates, candidates should send the completed transfer/refund form and the receipt of the admin fee in 2 days in order to transfer or refund the test.
Medical exemption refund
After candidates fill out the transfer/refund form and provide their bank account details, they need to email it at ielts@irsafam.com. The institute then will deduct 6980000 Rials and will refund the money within 10 days after the written test.
